His Eminence will not travel during Great Lent except for the the following weekends:
1) First weekend of Great Lent. His Eminence will serve the first Akathist Hymn at the Cathedral of Saint Markella. On Saturday morning, he will be present at the Matins and Divine Liturgy service at the convent of Saint Synklitiki in Long Island.
His Eminence will serve the Divine Liturgy on the Sunday of Orthodoxy at the Cathedral.
2) His Eminence will travel on Saturday night to the Cathedral of Saint Markella in order to serve the Divine Liturgy for the feast of Palm Sunday.
The rest of the Lenten period, he will remain at his residence at Saint John of San Francisco Monastery.

We mustn’t have absolute trust in human beings for our salvation, no matter what dignity they have. Human beings are changeable. Today they are saints, tomorrow—deniers. Today—sinners, tomorrow—righteous.
