Feast of Sts. Cyprian & Justina in Greece

On Monday, October 2/15, the Church of the GOC of Greece celebrated the feast day of Sts. Cyprian & Justina at the monastery dedicated to them in Phyle (Fili), near Athens.

Of special note was the concelebration of His Eminence Photiy, Metropolitan of the Old Calendar Orthodox Church of Bulgaria, with the hierarchs of the GOC of Greece, Russian Orthodox Church Abroad, and Old Calendar Orthodox Church of Romania.

Why do we Call Angels “Saint”?

Q. I noticed that we call the angels Michael and Gabriel "Saint." I thought the title "Saint" was only given to humans who have proven themselves Godly. Do you mind clarifying this for me? Is there a deeper meaning to "Saint" that I am not aware of?
